THERAPY FOR INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, AND FAMILIES
I seek to listen, explore where you've been, and identify current sources of distress. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach and developing an authentic and trusting therapeutic relationship is key. I'm here to offer some suggestions about strategies, treatment modalities, and approaches that may help you meet your goals in a way that fits for you.
TELETHERAPY IN SEVERAL STATES
In addition to practicing in Colorado, I am authorized by the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) to provide teletherapy to clients in Arizona, Utah, Nebraska, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and more. Created by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB), PSYPACT is an interstate compact that facilitates the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries.
ADULT ADOPTEE SUPPORT CIRCLE
This virtual processing group is open to adult adoptees who want to explore the impact of their relinquishment and adoption with fellow adoptees. Clients must reside in PSYPACT states. We come together to share experiences and seek support. Various adoption related themes are explored, which may include grief and loss, trauma, attachment, abandonment and rejection fears, shame, identity, intimacy, birth/first family search and reunion relationships. The group meets on Fridays from 2-3pm Mountain Time. The group is currently full. Please contact me if you're interested in joining the next round.

HEALTH INSURANCE
I do not provide services to individuals with Medicaid. If you'd like to use your health insurance, please contact your insurance company directly for a list of in-network providers. Some clients seek treatment and pay out of pocket to pursue specialized treatment that I provide such as trauma-informed therapy, adoption-competent services, EMDR, couples and family therapy, attachment work, and somatic trauma therapy.
OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS
Depending on your health insurance plan, you may have out-of-network benefits. This means you are eligible to receive partial reimbursement for services. You need to contact your insurance company directly and confirm you have out-of-network benefits. Please be advised that specific information is shared with the insurance company. I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. This can help with treatment costs.
MEDICAID
I am not a Medicaid participating provider and therefore cannot see individuals who are enrolled in Medicaid. Please contact your Medicaid plan directly for referrals.
NO SURPRISES NOTICE
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Please be advised that you can choose to seek care from a different provider or facility that is in your health plan’s network, which may cost you less. The Good Faith Estimate is provided to prospective and current clients. It explains your therapist’s rate for each service provided. Your therapist will collaborate with you throughout your treatment to determine how many sessions and/or services you may need to receive the greatest benefit based on your diagnosis(es) and clinical concerns.
