ABOUT ME

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing a wide variety of concerns. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience working with life transitions, identity development, relationship concerns, family of origin issues, college students, and adoptees and former foster youth.

I help clients develop greater understandings of themselves and better relate in interpersonal relationships. I have worked in community mental health, school, hospital, and university counseling center settings. My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment, person-centered, multicultural, and trauma-informed frameworks.
